Maintain equipment reliability and product quality by implementing high standards of maintenance and performance. The Senior Maintenance Engineer leads the implementation of best practices in maintenance, develops digital platforms to streamline daily operations, and establishes a comprehensive maintenance audit system covering workshops, tool carts, and documentation. They transform databases into executive dashboards, generate performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and design systems for tracking corrective actions to ensure effective closure of actions.
