The TPM Manager is dedicated to translating the top-level TPM framework and strategic rules designed by the TPM/SFA lead into implementable TPM detailed specifications, product logic and operational standards. This role is responsible for tactical cross-team execution coordination, detailed business landing and front-line operation troubleshooting, providing full-process tactical and operational support for the overall TPM construction and standardized implementation.
