Salary: £40,000 - £62,000 OTE

Overview Great opportunity for an experienced agricultural engineer or service technician to move into a Technical Trainer role. This position is ideal for someone looking to transition off the tools into training and development, sharing their technical expertise with the next generation of engineers.

You’ll join a modern training academy, delivering engaging technical training on tractors, engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems to engineers, dealers, and customers. 

We are looking for someone with a solid background as a service technician or engineer within the agricultural machinery sector, with strong practical experience and a deep understanding of modern tractor systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
