An MNC in the commodities industry is currently looking for a Trade Operation Specialist to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will be responsible mainly to handle trade operations daily tasks for dry bulk commodities. The job scope include oordinating vessel logistics, fulfilling shipment requirements, handling Letters of Credit (LC) and liaise with banks, preparing invoices, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and tracking cash flow, shipments, and demurrage or dispatch claims.
The role also include risk management by reviewing contracts, monitoring credit limits, and addressing potential transaction risks, while maintaining compliance with policies.
