Position Overview

As a Trade Sales Support team member at our CARTERS Tauranga Branch, you will be the vital link between our trade customers, Account Managers, and the wider branch - ensuring orders are placed, queries are resolved, and every customer walks away with a great experience. This dynamic position requires you to excel as a versatile sales administrator, as each day brings unique challenges.

About the role
Alongside your team, you will:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly resolve any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers

  • Track back orders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and completing sales documentation accurately
