Monitor daily workflows for the settlement of Asia market trades (equity, fixed income, funds, IPOs etc).
Manage client enquires on trade settlement issues and adhere to SLAs.
Follow up and resolve settlement issues; handle transaction settlement processing (processing updates to client accounts, handling exceptions, investigation and resolution of asset and cash breaks).
Collaborate with internal teams and sub custodians to resolve issues to meet client requests and risk and control requirements.
Identifying operational inefficiencies, performing analysis and contributing to process improvements and control enhancements.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring that processes are in compliance with policies and regulations.
Perform a controller’s role, review and guide team mates on issue escalations.
