Job Description: Supplier Onboarding Lead / Senior Manager

**The Supplier Onboarding Lead (Senior Manager) will lead a global team of supplier onboarding specialists, overseeing the end-to-end process of bringing new suppliers into the Citi’s ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and controlled onboarding experience.**

The successful candidate will accomplish results through the management of a professional global team (Across regions NAM/EMEA/ASIA), integrating subject matter and industry expertise in supplier lifecycle management. You will be responsible for driving strategic enhancements to our supplier onboarding systems and processes, collaborating closely with Product and Technology partners. As a key leader, you will be the single point of contact for the function, responsible for mitigating operational risks and ensuring zero Preventable Loss Events (PLEs) or Operational Risk Events (OREs).
