Job Description - Ensure accurate and timely booking of futures trades
- Reconcile futures positions against exchange and broker statements
- Circulate daily reports to traders and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication of pricing confirmations to buyers and sellers via email.
- Review contracts issued by traders against business confirmations and standard terms.
- Distribute signed contracts to counterparties (buyers/sellers).
- Follow up with counterparties to ensure timely return of executed documents.
- Support trade allocation as required.
