As the Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in protecting and managing trademark rights for clients.
Responsibilities:
Supporting all stages of searching, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations, including, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, Sections 8 & 15 declarations, and other filings.Drafting communications with foreign associates, including search and file instructions for foreign trademark applicationsReviewing product labeling, marketing, and advertising material to ensure appropriate use of trademarks.Coordination and notarization of signatures for documents, and arranging apostille and/or legalization; assist with patent formalities as neededProviding intellectual property support to global st...
