Complete all assigned general maintenance work orders that include, but are not limited to, rough and finish carpentry, door and window repair, ceiling and drywall repair, brick and mortar repair, and any other structural related repairs to buildings and grounds. Provide excellent customer service to any and all parties involved with the execution of assigned tasks. Complete all tasks in a clean and professional manner while adhering to the University’s code of ethics and Service Standards at all times.
