This role will provide production-level technical support across market data, analytics, and trading-related platforms, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, client support, and smooth follow-the-sun operations.
Responsibilities - Monitor production platforms, perform health checks, and ensure system availability across market data, analytics, and trading-related environments
- Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, data delivery, market data, system logs, connectivity, and platform functionality
- Investigate incidents, conduct root cause / impact analysis, escalate complex issues, and track resolution with global technology teams
