McKeil Marine Limited is seeking a proactive Traffic Coordinator for a full-time position. You will be responsible for analyzing performance indicators, ensuring contract compliance, and processing billing information. Your analytical skills will help support reporting initiatives for operational efficiency and enhance customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational and commercial performance indicators
• Ensure contract compliance for invoicing and collections
• Generate billing information via Vessel Performance System
• Assist with Daily Position Reports and Voyage Orders
• Maintain accurate corporate vessel performance data
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance
• 2-5 years in business analyst or similar role
