Traffic Management Operatives - Belfast

Looking for an active, hands‑on role where no two days are the same? Our Belfast‑based client is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to work across Northern Ireland.

If you hold a valid UK driving licence and enjoy being on the road, this could be the perfect opportunity. Full training provided, along with a dedicated buddy to support you throughout your training.

Location: Castelreagh, Belfast

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 8am - 4pm (may vary)

Key Duties

• Set up and operate traffic management systems (contraflows, narrow lanes, temporary lights)
• Install and operate traffic management equipment
• Monitor and control traffic during roadworks
• Work as part of a team and engage with the public professionally
