Introduction

Pepkor Lifestyle invites BCom Accounting/Finance graduates with strictly no prior working experience to apply for the Finance Graduate Program. This is the starting point of a structured one-year contract, strictly guided by SAICA experience requirements.

Role Focus

As a Trainee Accountant, your focus will be on Foundations & Operations.

Exposure

This includes exposure to:

• Financial Accounting: Gaining foundational experience in financial statement preparation, statutory reporting, and asset management.
• Managerial Accounting: Involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost analysis.
• Other Core Competencies: Beginning your rotational experience across Financial Management, Finance Operations and Finance Reporting.
