What you will do:

• Support the commercial follow-up of current and potential customers.
• Manage operational tasks related to orders, quotations and internal coordination.
• Support communication with national and international customers by email, phone or other channels.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare commercial reports and perform basic data analysis.
• Collaborate in resolving incidents and improving service quality.
