How to contribute to our vision

This Trainee position is being added to the HR Services team in Mexico to internalize operational activities previously handled by a GBS provider, supporting the team's expanded responsibilities. To meet this objective, the role will concentrate on two core areas: HR Operational Plant Support, which involves executing transactional HR processes and managing employee data, and Administrative & Process Support, focused on documentation, Invoicing management, and assisting the broader HR team.
