We are looking for a Trainee to join the Growth Team, working at the heart of the Innovation team. This team plays a strategic role in the company: identifying the forces shaping the future of pet nutrition, guiding the organization towards new opportunities, and building innovation platforms that our global and local brands will develop into future‑winning products and experiences. As a trainee, you will contribute to this mission by bringing fresh curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong appetite for trends and innovation. You will collaborate closely with the Global Brands team, the Digital team, and the Local Marketing teams to ensure that the insights and platforms created truly inspire, guide, and accelerate growth across the company.
