We are seeking to hire a talented and ambitious Trainee Lawyer to join our Investment Management and Funds e Financial Services team in Rome. You will have the opportunity to support Partners and Lawyers of the team in advising Italian and international asset management companies in the formation and management of alternative investment funds of all asset classes (real estate, private equity, venture capital and private debt), as well as institutional investors in their alternative investments. The team also advises clients regarding the layout of the governance system, the internal control system, policies and practices concerning remuneration and incentives, and the self-assessment process of governing bodies.
