Trainee Manager (Internal Applications Only – Rocklands)

Protect and grow profitable market share within a Store in accordance to the Store, Division and Company strategy.

Requirements

• Grade 12 with at least 2 years of retail management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Valid ID or local work permit
• Strong accounting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Own transport and cell phone
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety (OHSA and/or neighbouring countries)
• Strong Human Resources skills
