  • Basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing knowledge, related to AEC/BIM.

  • Meeting internal as well as customer’s quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Execute tasks independently as well as part of a team.
  • Coordinating within the team and with other teams for project completion by studying the customer’s requirements.
  • Daily MIS reporting.
  • Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and monitor project reports, time-sheets, and other documents.
  • Strive for betterment & add value by contributing innovatively wherever possible.
