Davies Collison Cave in Melbourne is seeking a Trainee Patent Attorney with a background in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Engineering or Physics to join our Mechanical Engineering team on a full-time basis.

You will work under qualified patent attorneys, meeting inventors, interpreting search results, advising clients, and preparing patent specifications. You will engage with local and overseas clients across intellectual property matters, including patentability and infringement analyses.
