Rail Protection Officer Trainees - Multiple Locations Across NSW

We are seeking motivated candidates interested in becoming Rail Protection Officers to join our growing team across New South Wales. While previous rail experience is not mandatory, this is a high-risk role requiring individuals who are safety-conscious, alert, and capable of working long hours in varying weather conditions when required.

Full training will be provided for suitable candidates (training costs apply), with the opportunity to gain nationally recognised rail qualifications and progress through the Protection and Safeworking pathway.

The Role

You will support safe rail operations, assist work groups on site, and implement safe working requirements under the guidance of experienced Protection and Safeworking Officers. Attention to detail, situational awareness, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
