Full time attachment to one of our childcare centres under mentorship with a mentor teacher, the trainee teacher will be coached through the apprentice program and will be able to assume the role as a Childcare Teacher upon completion of the course.
Entry Course Requirements - Local Polytechnic Diploma and obtained a GCE O level credit in English (EL1) or a minimum band 6.5 in IELTS (Academics); OR
- Obtained a Degree with English as the medium of instruction from a state-recognised university OR
- 5 GCE O'level credits with a pass in English
Job Responsibilities - Plan, supervised and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies and framework
- Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepares a developmental portfolio for each child
- Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
