ILA Communication Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging induction and process training sessions for new hires.
• Design and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.
• Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve product knowledge, communication, and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports and performance insights.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
