Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).
Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
Undertake additional tasks as required.
Other ad-hoc projects may be required.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions.
Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).
