Coordinate end-to-end training operations including registration, scheduling, venue setup, attendance tracking, LMS management, and post-training follow-up
Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including materials preparation, refreshments, manpower allocation, and budget tracking
Act as key liaison between learners, trainers, facilitators, and partner organisations to ensure smooth communication and programme delivery
Support assignment of facilitators based on training needs and participant profiles, and manage feedback collection after sessions
Ensure compliance with funding requirements, maintain accurate records in TLMS/SharePoint, and support audit readiness and internal finance procedures
Requirements
Degree in any course
Meticulous and proactive
Prefer at least one year of experience in training administration
