As a Training and Certification Advisor reporting to the Training Manager, you will track, manage, and record various internal and client-focused training initiatives. Key responsibilities include auditing training files, executing class forecasts, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements for screening officers. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills will enhance departmental efficiency.
