**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a Team Training Advisor to serve as the primary team point of contact for all training related matters. The Training Advisor will maintain advanced knowledge of FMV program tradecraft, standard operating procedures, and corresponding training material. They will also develop solutions to training issues with the Senior Training Coordinator. The Training advisor will also ensure trainees are receiving the highest quality training opportunities available to them to ensure progression.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
- 5 total years of Intel-related experience; a relevant Bachelor s degree can count for 4 years, and Master s for an additional 2 years
- 12 months of experience as an FMV analyst in MACSS-FMV
- Have been a Trainer in MACS-FMV/GEO-SPI for at least 6 months.
- Knowledge of adult training methodologies.
