Role Summary

Responsible for enablement training, focusing on sales training and refresh sessions to ensure new and existing representatives adhere to excellence standards and internal processes. This role conducts practical evaluations and facilitates instructional content to bridge skill gaps, contributing to sales performance and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct enablement training and nesting for new Sales Representatives to ensure operational readiness.  
• Plan and deliver sales training and refresh sessions based on identified performance gaps or process updates.  
• Apply andragogical principles and adult learning methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and high levels of participant engagement.
