Position Overview

Join our Training department as a Training and Certification Advisor, where you'll manage critical training programs for operational success. Your expertise will ensure compliance and effective deployment of training initiatives.
This key role reports to the Training Manager and involves managing both client-focused and internal training initiatives. You will audit training files, execute class forecasts, and ensure all certification requirements are met for screening officers. Effective data entry and addressing training requests are essential to maintain high training standards in our organization.
