The Training & Certification Advisor supports the Training & Certification Manager in various tasks related to training coordination, qualification tracking, scheduling, and documentation. This role coordinates attendance in training classes, modifies schedules for training purposes, maintains qualification tracking systems, advises internal departments and CATSA of training schedule plans, files training documents, and assists with internal and external audits of training documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with the training delivery teams to plan the occurrence of monthly and annual training classes.
Collaborate with base General Managers and Resources Teams to identify qualification deficiencies and training requirements.
Coordinate the attendance of Screening Officers in each training class.
Modify Screening Officers' schedules to reflect training attendance.
