Position Overview

We're seeking a Training and Certification Advisor to oversee the management of training programs and maintain precise records. This role necessitates strong organizational and communication skills for effective training delivery.
In this position, reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for updating, deploying, and recording training initiatives while ensuring compliance with certification standards. Key tasks include auditing training files, addressing CATSA reports, and data entry from various sources. Ready to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings will be essential.
