OverallPurpose

Thesuccessful applicant will be reporting to the Business Support Lead and overseethe Learning team in Manila and Dublin. The Training & Development Managerwill be responsible for understanding the client's operating environment andbusiness strategy, learning and collaboration approach.

• Managingand overseeing 3 training streams within OTC – Credit Services, Data Assuranceand Billing Support.
• Identifying areas forstandardization and integration between the teams.
