The Operational Learning and Performance (OLP) team provides innovative and digital learning, quality, and knowledge management solutions to the Canadian Operations business lines. Our solutions are aligned to the overall strategy and vision for Canadian Operations and enable our business partners to provide client centric service excellence.
The Manager, Learning and Quality provides leadership to integrated teams of learning and quality professionals and manages day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role has oversight and accountability over learning and quality delivery, ensuring solutions and programs provided to Canadian Operations align to business and OLP strategies. The Manager will play a key role in implementing strategic direction, working closely with OLP Business Partner Leads to influence business partners on the value that learning and quality offer.
