Summary of Position :

• The Training and Technology Adoption Manager is responsible for managing all training aspects within the firm, including but not limited to creating training material, executing trainings, evaluating the skills and needs of new and existing employees and facilitating technology adoption.  This role directly supports firm technology skill development strategy in ensuring Merchant & Gould’s positioning on the cutting edge of innovation.
