You provide product consultation, training and support on protection testing and diagnostic equipment for digital protection systems associated to our customer base
You troubleshoot technical problems for customer and sales support and provide on-site support for customers in all questions concerning OMICRON applications
You develop and deliver training for OMICRON's products, both in person and with webinars
You provide input on new products, product strategies, development, and application needs
You are directly involved with power system assets, in the generation, transmission & distribution areas
You manage and develop application notes and technical papers, including presentations at relevant seminars/conferences
