QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant work experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Assists in the conduct and facilitation of trainings, seminars, and orientations;
2. Ensures all training records are managed in accordance with records management procedures and practices;
3. Conducts necessary analyses to define SHFC’s Learning and Development needs/requirements;
4. Maintains and updates the Learning and Development calendar and maximizes the participation of training participant-employees;
5. Obtains, organizes, and checks training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials prepared by instructors such as hand-outs and other visual aids;
6. Coordinates and works with Group Heads, Managers, Chiefs of Division and Resource Persons with regard to training programs to be conducted/facilitated to ensure their smooth implementation;
