Job Descriptions :

Training & Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including: 

•Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content 

•Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training 

•Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses 

•Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness. May include the design of computer-based training programs. May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.
