Provide 24×5 Training Administration support to global clients across EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions. Handle customer queries via email, resolve training administration issues, manage training schedules, and document cases by generating system tickets. Perform training management activities on Learning Management Systems and prepare daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
