<h3>Job Description</h3><br /><p>Tensley Consulting is seeking a Training Course Developer-Instructor (TechFISINT) to support the development and delivery of specialized Technical Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (TechFISINT) training. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and instructing technical course content focused on the exploitation of space and weapons systems to assess performance characteristics, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities. The Developer-Instructor will analyze telemetry and FISINT data, produce technical intelligence reporting, and translate complex analytic findings into structured training material for Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.
