**Job Description**

**DESCRIPTION**

Responsible for developing training for all manufacturing employees in an effective manner, as well as maintaining accurate records of training. Conduct classroom training for New Hire Orientation, Cell Lead Orientation, core competencies and other classroom training as needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Maintain accurate training records for current and newly trained manufacturing employees. Maintain compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
+ Train new hires to ZF Marshall standards.
+ Use presentation skills to conduct classroom training.
+ Audit procedures, instructions, trainers and operators for compliance.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement of training and operations.
