JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary: Established individual contributor needed to support the execution of high-impact medical education programs at the Jacksonville ENT training facility. This role involves planning, developing, and coordinating in-house product training for field support and customers, with a heavy focus on bioskills lab execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs.

Execute ENT medical education courses and workshops in a bioskills lab environment (requires comfortability with cadaveric tissue management).

Maintain the bioskills lab, ensuring training aids and lab setup meet objectives.

Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders to manage projects from design to implementation.

Skills & Qualifications
