The role requires teaching expertise and a solid understanding of aftersales KPIs, profitability, and service management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver aftersales training courses for service managers and dealership staff.
Develop and update teaching materials, training procedures, and participant engagement activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Organize and manage training logistics, including course planning, participant confirmation, credit rules, and certification ceremonies.
