Position Overview
They are looking for a senior leader
Someone who can lead the strategy for how they are approaching training and change around the SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA transition and the Hyperion to OneStream transition
Someone with experience doing this kind of work within Finance and Accounting teams – they must have experience doing this work within financial services companies (must be a top 10 bank)
This person would need to have the ability to advise on the right level and approach to training for the different audiences (classroom / instructor led vs. e-learning vs. email communications highlighting the key points, etc.)
This person must have experience with curriculum development around these types of large-scale transformations where systems implementations are occurring and there are impacts to many different users
