Role Overview
The Training Manager will design, build, and manage the entire training program, ensuring that every new hire is fully prepared before handling live calls. This role is responsible for equipping agents with the product knowledge, sales techniques, system skills, and confidence needed to succeed in outbound sales campaigns.
