The Training Manager will design, build, and manage the entire training program, ensuring that every new hire is fully prepared before handling live calls. This role is responsible for equipping agents with the product knowledge, sales techniques, system skills, and confidence needed to succeed in outbound sales campaigns.

Training Program Development

Design and maintain the Company's training framework and program, covering:

• Product knowledge
• Script mastery
• Compliance

New Hire Onboarding, Nesting, and Early Performance Support

Conduct a 5‑day intensive onboarding program for each new hire batch to ensure agents are fully prepared before handling live calls.
