We are recruiting for the position of Training Manager in the European Training Team of Global Water Solutions.
How you'll make an impact:
Delivery of the core sales training curriculum - CSP, VSP and SSPSupport for major core programs such as the Global Water Onboarding classesDemand planning for programs and training schedule creation for the financial yearLearning Business Partner role for allocated divisions providing learning engagement data, training updates and determining business specific training needsCreation of new training programs to meet the needs of the Global Water businesses in EuropeReview and adjust current training program offerings based on participant feedback and needs of the Global Water businessesScheduling and delivery of ad hoc training classes as per the requirements of the Global Water businessesLiaise with the Global Water L&D Centre of Excellence partner...
