Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with Trust representatives, deliver collaborative training sessions and maintain accurate training records.
This role plays a key part in driving continuous learning, ensuring compliance, and supporting the ongoing development of teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the training of FRC teams through the Super Academy at West Middlesex Hospital, on-site training at CHW and RMH, and eLearning Report training figures to Trusts on a monthly basis
