Position Overview

            Training Manager  Job Responsibilities  Proactively engage potential learners through phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries 
Provide accurate information and guidance on available courses, funding options, and career pathways 
Follow up on leads, maintain strong relationships with prospects, and convert inquiries into enrolments 
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets 
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaign promotions 
Track sales metrics and generate reports for management review 
Ensure a smooth registration process and provide pre‑course and post‑course support to learners 
Maintain a high standard of service, addressing learner concerns promptly and professionally 
Cultivate long‑term relationships with learners for referrals and repeat course sign‑ups
