Job Summary The Training Manager leads the design and delivery of blended learning solutions to develop hotel staff skills and competencies, ensuring consistent high performance to deliver beautiful performances that creates a signature differentiation.
Responsibilities - Establish and maintain a training network aligned with Kempinski standards by engaging with hotel operations teams
- Analyze training needs and measure training effectiveness to optimize learning outcomes
- Lead leadership competency programs by sourcing, evaluating, and recommending development initiatives for leaders at all levels
- Implement Kempinski training programs and tools, tracking participation and completion to ensure compliance
