Job Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the application of the full training cycle in the Mining Discipline.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Train and assess Learners according to the legal requirements and satisfaction of the NQF & MQA directives
- Do needs analysis, conduct training interventions and evaluate learners performance
- Produce and maintain effective training results
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001: 2008
- Coordinate and control all aspects of training courses
- Develop and present mining training courses
- Maintain safety standards with compliance to the Company safety programme
